Hello, I'm Bri and am very excited to join Fit4Mom as an Instructor!

I've always been very active and was a bit caught off guard by pregnancy and postpartum, and was so happy to find Fit4Mom and join this awesome community. Now, as a mom to a busy toddler I know how much work daily life can be. Lifting, jumping and stepping over a baby gate, it adds up! For this reason I'm focused on whole body strength based workouts that can bring an ease to the rest of the day. Come join me to sweat and gain strength!
