PRENATAL WORKOUTS AND COMMUNITY FOR MOMS TO BE

FIT4BABY® is a 6-week prenatal program that includes weekly private group workouts, community support, and a weekly journal to document your pregnancy journey. The workouts will build your mental and physical endurance, strengthen your body, and prepare you for pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

We’re offering a combination of 6 virtual classes and 6 in-person classes at CrossFit 425 on Saturdays at 10 AM! Each session will include:

  • 60-minute HIIT workout
  • Birth prep stretching
  • Daily reach-outs
  • Guest speakers at the end of each session
