Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Body Well® is a 60-minute, results-based workout designed to help you reach your full physical potential and reconnect to your inner strength. Our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cycles through cardio, strength, and core work and concludes with a relaxing meditation to help you recharge and head back to your family. Improve your health, fitness, and physical strength while experiencing a personal transformation.

We use fitness equipment and your body weight to make sure you get an awesome workout every time!

We offer a full Body Well® Transformations several times a year.

Stroller Barre incorporates yoga, ballet, Pilates, and barre methods while using your stroller handle as a point of focus and balance. Stroller Barre classes are going to be similar in style to what you would find at a local Barre studio.

Our orientation and meet-n-greet will be on
Tuesday, September 20th from 6:30PM - 7PM, at our Factoria Studio location
Wednesday, September 21st from 1:00PM - 1:30PM, at our Factoria Studio location.

Wednesday, September 21st from 7:30PM - 8PM, at our Factoria Studio location.

In this half-hour meeting, you will meet your coach + other mamas enrolled in your 8-week session. We will go over all.the.things. like the nutritional resources, our workout schedule, Q&As, our weekly communication schedule, what you can expect, and more. Just bring yourself and something to take notes with.

FIT4BABY is a workout program designed specifically for moms-to-be. It includes cardio, strength training, balance, flexibility and core exercises to accommodate all trimesters of pregnancy. FIT4BABY will build your endurance, strengthen your body and prepare you for pregnancy, birth and beyond.

Body Ignite is a one-stop body shock. Targeting each and every muscle with specially designed sequences and a weighted bar will leave you stronger and more energized. This easy to follow strength based program will increase your metabolism, your athleticism, and your ability to lift, lunge, push and pull everything mom-life throws at you!

IN-STUDIO CHILDCARE: Childcare will be available at all of the 1:30 PM classes and at our 9:30 AM Yoga Flow. The cost per child is as follows: $5 for one child, $7 for 2 children and $10 for 3+. This is an additional service and is NOT included in the Monthly Membership or Class Passes. A Venmo or PayPal QR code will be available after class for you to pay the Childcare Support Staff directly.

If you would like to utilize our Childcare option for the 1:30 PM classes, please be sure to enroll in the class IN-PERSON: Body Boost® (CHILD CARE OPTION).
