Body Well® Orientation/Meet & Greet
Body Well® is a 60-minute, results-based workout designed to help you reach your full physical potential and reconnect to your inner strength. Our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cycles through cardio, strength, and core work and concludes with a relaxing meditation to help you recharge and head back to your family. Improve your health, fitness, and physical strength while experiencing a personal transformation.We use fitness equipment and your body weight to make sure you get an awesome workout every time!
We offer a full Body Well® Transformations several times a year. Next session begins SEPTEMBER 26TH!
This session offers 3 different options:
Opt 1: In-Studio, Monday & Wednesday at 8 PM
Opt 2: In-Studio, Tuesday & Thursday at 6:30 PM
Opt 3: In-Studio, Monday & Wednesday at 1:30 PM
