Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Stroller Barre incorporates yoga, ballet, Pilates, and barre methods while using your stroller handle as a point of focus and balance. Stroller Barre classes are going to be similar in style to what you would find at a local Barre studio.

Body Back® is a 60-minute, results-based workout designed to help you reach your full physical potential and reconnect to your inner strength. Our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cycles through cardio, strength, and core work and concludes with a relaxing meditation to help you recharge and head back to your family. Improve your health, fitness, and physical strength while experiencing a personal transformation.

We use fitness equipment and your body weight to make sure you get an awesome workout every time!

We offer a full Body Back Transformations several times a year. Current session begins Sept 11 and runs through early November and is ONLY $300!

Body Back Boost is offered as a pop up. Enrollment in a current Body Back session is not required. Everyone is welcome!
