"I have to admit, I was hesitant when deciding to join Body Back. I knew just how out of shape I was, and was nervous about joining a bunch of seriously fit moms. Erin not only made me feel extremely welcome from the beginning but she also knew when to push and when to encourage. She recognizes the small victories in the long road of getting in shape and is quick to point them out. It’s been six weeks and I don’t think I’ve ever felt healthier, stronger or had this much energy (and I still have a long way to go). Going into each workout, I’m not sure how I’ll get through it and by the end, I’m amazed at what I was able to do. I don’t think there’s anyone else out there that could get me to complete 95 burpees (along with many other exercises in one class) within an hour. The other thing that I love about the class (and Erin) is that each class is different and no exercise is longer than a few minutes… So mentally, I can tell myself that I can get through it. She keeps it interesting while targeting multiple areas of the body. Thank you Erin!"
