What is included in a six- or eight-week session of Body Back?
Each session includes the following:
- 2 high-intensity interval workouts per week in a small group format
- Monday workout is LIVE online through Google Hangout with the convenience of staying at home
- Thursday workout is in STUDIO with the fun of hanging out with your buddies
- Meal plan, recipes, and food journals led by a nutritionist
