A full eight-week session of Body Back is $350.
The current six-week session of Body Back (beginning January 4, 2018) is $270.
OR you can try our 1 workout/week half session option for $150. We also allow drop-ins for pass holders when there are spots open at any one of our classes. However, drop-in and boost are pure workouts, which do not include the valuable nutrition support and other helpful elements listed above. We strongly recommend you to participate in the full session if you desire solid results, like weight/fat loss, better strength/endurance, or even just stress relief and taking the time for YOURSELF!
