In addition to our classes, we also offer weekly playgroups, monthly Moms' Nights Out and family activities through Our Village. We also seek out ways to give back to our local community together through Moms on a Mission. Membership to Our Village is absolutely free!
Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, it is a great workout for any level of exerciser. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as mom.
Stroller Barre is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture. Created by a mom who was formerly a professional ballerina, this class incorporates prenatal and postnatal training and yields amazing results in an exciting, fun format. Postpartum women tend to have tight and weak pectoral (chest), abdominal and quadriceps muscles. In addition, the back and hamstrings muscles become stretched and weak. This occurs due to hunched posture from breast or bottle feeding, excessive spinal curves while carrying baby in utero and after birth, and repeatedly picking their new (and rapidly growing) baby up. Stroller Barre focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy!
Fit4Baby is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. These classes exclusively focus on pregnant moms! (Other FIT4MOM classes may include dads, nannies and other child caregivers.) Regular activity such as Fit4Baby classes can help to reduce many maternal aches and pains, increase energy during pregnancy and may speed the labor, delivery and recovery process. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), exercise is just as important during pregnancy as any other time of life.
We train and certify our Fit4Baby instructors so they are fully equipped to lead pregnant woman in exercises that are safe and appropriate for her changing body. Fit4Baby classes are interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises, and stretching and balancing exercises.
Pregnancy is the perfect time to commit to you and your baby's health. Exercise is an important component to your pregnant well-being, as well as your strength as a new mom. We encourage each member of any FIT4MOM program to seek a physician's approval before starting any exercise program.

Body Back is a results-based workout program for ladies of any age, with or without kids (classes are taught without children so be sure you have childcare lined up before signing up). Inspired by the Mama Wants Her Body Back DVD series, it offers high intensity, interval workouts along with before and after fitness assessments, a nutrition plan, coaching and support in a motivating and inspirational program. You will see that anything is possible!

The workouts have been clinically proven in a university research study to help ladies lose the weight and get their pre-baby body back, or achieve results they didn't think were possible! 100% of the weight lost was pure body fat!
Body Back Boost is an additional weekly Body Back workout that we offer to anyone that would like to be a part of it! It is an additional class that our current Body Back clients can attend but also any other clients that are looking for a workout! Body Back Boost uses the same formats as Body Back. Classes are one hour long and are a full body workout in a high intensity setting without children.
Running is good for us! Running with friends is even better! We are currently hosting running club with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) on Sunday mornings from 7-8am from Clyde Beach Park. Kids in stroller are always welcome! Our Running Club with HIIT is designed for moms who want to improve their running form, speed, and endurance, or for moms who are new to running and want to learn some new running skills without causing injury!

Led by our FIT4MOM Certified Running Coach, Yudy Deng, you'll learn about running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance, and the importance of being in the right shoe for you. This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert, and is open to ANYONE, not just FIT4MOM clients.
