How long is Body Back?

Unlike our other programs, Body Back is not a drop-in class. Body Back sessions run in consecutive eight-week sessions and are happening now. Please contact Yudy Deng at yudydeng@fit4mom.com to find out when the next session of Body Back begins. If you simply want to try out what these classes may be like, we offer Body Back Boost on Sunday mornings at 7am, to get a Body Back style workout without the added benefits of the full Body Back program.
